Residence Villa Stella - Ortisei

The apartment provided a cozy atmosphere, equipped with a fully stocked kitchen and a lovely balcony overlooking the mountains. Fresh bread delivery in the morning was good. The location allowed easy access to the town center, with grocery stores and the Seceda gondola nearby. The staff was responsive and helpful, especially when I needed to borrow equipment due to lost luggage. I appreciated the availability of laundry facilities after long hikes. One downside was the Wi-Fi signal, which could be unreliable at times. It made checking in for activities a bit frustrating.

The kitchenette had ample pots and pans to whip up a meal, while fresh bread delivery every morning added a personal touch. The balcony offered amazing views that elevate the experience.

Getting to public transit involved a steep climb from the bus or train station, especially with luggage. Parking outside comes at a rate of 10 Euros a day, which feels a bit excessive when you're already spending quite a bit on accommodation. The charge of 8 Euros to use the washing machines might be stingy for those needing to wash just a few items.

Had such wonderful stay for 3 nights, the staff were outstandingly accommodating, location was incredible in cute residence. Got studio with a south facing balcony overlooking the mountains as expected, appreciated it. Everything was simply nice.

Amazing place with its cozy atmosphere, excellent wi-fi, and helpful 24-hour security. The outdoor dining area and tv make my stays enjoyable. The staff even helped me find parking on my first visit. Highly recommend!

The room was large and well-appointed, had essentials, like a shower, hairdryers and a bidet. The location was favourable and beautiful, within a close distance from Museo Gardenia. The staff was pleasant and very pleasant, they made our trip!

Residence Villa Stella is the perfect place to spend a vacation: with all comforts and centrally located!

We enjoyed staying in a spacious ground floor apartment that provided direct access to a lovely garden and a playground, perfect for our young kids. The staff was great, we had everything we needed. The location allowed us easy access to nearby hiking trails and was just a short walk to the center.

We found the Wi-Fi signal to be quite weak, inconvenient at times.

Very nice rooms with stove, sink, fridge and washing machine [not in apartment unfortunately]. The rooms are very nice and clean. We stayed at the end of the fall season before skiing season approaches and it was empty so it was nice for us to have the place to ourselves. If you like to cook and have a nice evening at "home" after hiking in the most beautiful mountains ever, this is a great place to do so.

Recommend it for families

This place is perfect for families. We had a wonderful time in a ground floor apartment surrounded by nature with direct access to the garden and playground. The small touches, like children's bathrobes and cookies in the lobby.

It wasn't exactly wallet-friendly, but given the amenities and comfort, it was still within reason.
